Established in 2018, Bright Management Bookings is foremost a talent agency that focuses on booking entertainment and developing artistes.

Here at Bright Management Bookings, we supply three services. ‘Event & Concert Bookings’, ‘Media Support’ & ‘PAT Testing’. These services are here to provide a One-Stop-Shop for all Clients and Artiste’s needs!

EVENT BOOKINGS

With a brilliant selection of artistes from Solo Acts, Tributes, Party Bands and more, we are sure we can source and provide you the perfect entertainment. May this be for a Wedding, Private Party, Corporate Event or Venue, we are on hand to help.

MEDIA SUPPORT

Working alongside some amazing companies who can provide the best promo package and coverage of your act or event. Maybe you’re an artiste looking for a new website, Photoshoot or Videoshoot. Or maybe you have a wedding and would like a video diary of your day. No project is too big or small.

We can also supply graphic design work with banners, posters and logos created to make you look sharp and fresh. If you are having a full re-brand of your promo then we can put together a bespoke package for you. Click the camera lens to find out what we can offer. 

PAT TESTING

As an artiste that performs in front of the general public. Every year your equipment as a touring artiste needs PAT Testing. This will ensure your equipment is safe to use on the road. Some venues and clients will ask for a PAT Test certificate to prove your equipment is safe. Send us an email with your requirements.

  • Are all acts PAT tested and insured?
    Yes. All acts are PAT Tested and Insured. You can request a copy of the most up to date certificates as proof upon booking acts.
  • What are the payment options after booking the entertainment for my event?
    All our acts work on BACS payments. We will simply invoice yourself for the agreed fee on the terms agreed when booking.
  • How long will an act need to set up and sound check?
    All acts vary and this can be dependable on how easy it is with loading in. We typically say an act will need 60 minutes to set up and sound check.
  • Are you taking on new acts?
    We are always looking out for new talent. We book acts across the whole of the UK. If you would like to present yourself for possible bookings please email us through your professional promo video, 5 images, sample set, where in the UK you are looking for bookings and a rough guide fee.
  • What happens if an act drops out at the last minute?
    It is extremely rare that an act will cancel at the last minute. But in the unfortunate case that this does happen we will look to replace the act with a like for like act. If this is not possible, we will refund you any monies that you have prepaid in deposit to us.
  • Can I put an act on hold?
    If you enquire about an act and obtain an affirmative availability check or even a quotation, it does not mean that subsequently the act is then “on hold” or “reserved” for you. We therefore recommend a swift decision to complete your booking, in order to avoid possible disappointment. Our performers and attractions are available on a strictly “first come first served” basis only.
